1. What information do we collect?

For staff members using our separate training platforms or operational tools, we may also collect login details, training records or operational data. These systems are not accessible to the general public.

  • With HeyYou! Digital (our website and marketing support partner)
  • With Continuum/C247 (our operational reporting and officer management partner)

  • During organisational changes such as mergers or acquisitions

All service providers are required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell or trade your personal information.

  • Microsoft Clarity – anonymised behavioural analytics

  • Continuum/C247 – information entered by staff into the C247 app

Marketing & Website Support

  • HeyYou! Digital – access to anonymised analytics and website logs

Where information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it safely.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. This includes access controls, encryption, secure systems and staff training.

However, no system is 100% secure. Transmission of data over the internet is at your own risk, and you should access our website in a secure environment.

8. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not create login accounts for minors. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Do-not-track features

Most browsers include a Do-Not-Track setting. At present, no standard exists for responding to these signals and our website does not currently respond to DNT requests.
